Cisco Networking: Strong understanding of routing, switching, and troubleshooting (routers, firewalls, VLANs, VPNs). SolarWinds: Experience monitoring network health, creating alerts, and analyzing performance metrics. Nutanix: Familiarity with hyperconverged infrastructure and virtualization environments. SD-WAN: Experience supporting or troubleshooting software-defined wide area networks. SCADA Systems: Exposure to or experience with industrial control systems and real-time monitoring environments. Additional Qualifications Experience working in a Network Operations Center (NOC) or similar 24/7 support environment. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with attention to detail. Ability to work on-site and coordinate effectively with offshore teams. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, problem, and change management) preferred. Experience in the energy, utilities, or critical infrastructure sector is a plus.
