Job Details:        

  • Network Technical Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of our enterprise network infrastructure. You will manage a cross-tier team (L1,L2,L3), ensure high network availability, streamline incident and change management, and drive operational excellence.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and optimize 24x7 network operations across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.
    Manage incident response, major outages, and post-incident reviews (RCA).
    Oversee L1,L2,L3 team performance, development, and shift planning.


Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VPN, etc.
  • 12+ years in network operations or engineering, with at least 5 years in a managerial or lead role
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade switches, routers, firewalls, CDN, DDOS, VPN and load balancers (e.g., Cisco, Arista, Fortinet, F5, Zscaler, Akamai CDN and DDOS solutions)
  • Familiarity with network monitoring tools (Selector AI, Splunk)
  • Exposure to cloud networking (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and hybrid network environments
  • Understanding of network security, segmentation, and compliance requirements

CCNP/CCIE, AWS Advanced Networking, ITIL v4
