Network Management professionals often encounter challenges such as maintaining network security, minimizing downtime, and adapting to rapid technological changes. Handling unexpected outages or cyber threats requires quick troubleshooting and effective communication with both IT teams and end users. Staying up to date with the latest network technologies and best practices is also crucial, which is why ongoing training and collaboration with other IT specialists are common.
