Location Requirements:
  • This job is in Austin, TX. You must be able to work from Axiom’s Austin, TX office. 
  • This is not a remote position. Please only apply if you live in the Austin, TX area.
 
As a Network Lab Technician, your key responsibilities include: 
  • Performing incoming inspection of incoming product.
  • Performing basic commands on switches to ensure compatibility. 
  • Monitor incoming orders.
  • Create labels for transceivers, code transceivers and manage label library.
  • Code transceiver EEPROM using the provided tools.
  • Performing QA on finished product.

To be a good fit for this role, you will have:
  • Minimum 3 years in electronic or computer industry.
  • QC (Quality Control) or QA (Quality Assurance) are a big plus for this role.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Certifications: CCNA - Routing and Switching.
  • Knowledge in switch CLI.
  • Excellent product knowledge.
  • Excellent in written, interpersonal communications and organization skills.
  • Multi-tasking and effective decision making.
  • Able to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Excellent proficiency in Office Suites.
