Job description


We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated HR Intern to support the recruitment team during the summer. The intern will assist with key tasks throughout the recruitment process including document collection, candidate follow-ups, interview coordination, data updates in the recruiting platform, and providing assistance to applicants. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR operations and talent acquisition.
You will be responsible for:
Recruitment Support
  • Collect required personal and application documents from candidates according to checklist.
  • Send reminders to applicants for missing or incomplete documents.
  • Schedule candidate interviews by calling from the recruitment database and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Update the recruitment platform (e.g., applicant tracking system) with received documents and application status.
  • Add notes/updates on each candidate's progress in the HR system to ensure accurate records.
  • Maintain clear communication with the recruitment team regarding applicant status.

Applicant Assistance
  • Provide guidance and help applicants with online applications when needed.
  • Answer basic questions about the recruitment steps and ensure applicants have clear instructions.

Data & Record Management
  • Ensure all files and documentation are accurately stored and labeled.

Other HR Duties
  • Assist the HR team with general administrative support as assigned

Requirements
โ€ข Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's degree (Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field)
โ€ข Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
