About the Role:

The Technician, Install & Network Infra II plays a critical role in the deployment and maintenance of network infrastructure across various client sites within the United States. This position is responsible for the installation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of network equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability. The technician will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to deliver seamless network solutions that meet technical specifications and customer expectations. This role demands a proactive approach to identifying and resolving network issues, minimizing downtime, and supporting ongoing infrastructure upgrades. Ultimately, the technician ensures that network systems are installed efficiently and operate at peak performance, contributing to the overall success of the organization’s connectivity services.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in networking or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in network installation, maintenance, or a related technical role.
  • Proficiency with network hardware such as routers, switches, and cabling standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and installation manuals.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various job sites within the United States.
