Job description

Job Summary:
Hunterdon Health is a healthcare organization seeking a Network Engineer to maintain and oversee their computer networks supporting local voice, data, video, and wireless services. The role involves troubleshooting network issues, supporting security infrastructure, and collaborating with IT teams to ensure network performance and security.
Responsibilities:
• Perform analysis and maintenance of the HHS network infrastructure. (WAN, LAN, VOIP, Wi-Fi)
• Assist in the implementation of IT security technology
• Support the HHS Enterprise Firewall, content filer and VPN infrastructure
• Maintain accurate Network documentation
• Collaboration with all IS department teams
• Provide maintenance and troubleshooting of the Cisco Unified Communication # Collaboration Enterprise
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Required:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 3 years of experience in network engineering
• Strong computer troubleshooting skills
Preferred:
• Certificate and/or Advanced Specialized or Technical Training
• 3-5 or more years of experience in network engineering
• Network+, CCNA certification
• Familiarity with OSI model (Open Systems Interconnection), specifically how it relates to client / server troubleshooting
• Knowledgeable on Cisco UCC
