About the Role

We're looking for a motivatedNetwork Administratorwith2-4 years of hands-on experiencein managing and optimizing enterprise network environments. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and ready to grow their expertise in Cisco technologies and modern networking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshootCisco routing and switchinginfrastructure.
  • Support and optimizewireless network environmentsfor reliability and performance.
  • Manage and maintainCisco Identity Services Engine (ISE)for network access control and authentication.
  • Monitor network performance and ensure high availability and security across systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams on infrastructure and security initiatives.
  • Document network changes, configurations, and procedures accurately.

Required Experience and Skills

  • 2-4 yearsof experience as a Network Administrator or Network Engineer.
  • Strong understanding ofCisco Route & Switch,Wireless, andIdentity Services Engine (ISE).
  • Familiarity withnetwork design principles, VLANs, STP, OSPF, and BGP.
  • Experience withnetwork monitoring toolsand basic troubleshooting methodologies.

Preferred / Plus Skills

  • Experience withPalo Alto FirewallingandCisco ASA VPNadministration.
  • Exposure toCisco SD-WANandCisco DNA Center (DNAC).
  • Understanding ofnetwork automation conceptsand scripting is an asset.
  • Relevant Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP, etc.) are preferred but not required.
