Job description

Title: Network Engineer
Location: St. Louis, MO
Duration: 3 months with
extensions


Requirement:


4-6 years experience

Must have excellent communication Skill.
Customer has a WAN issue that is affecting voice quality.
The provider is Windstream/Velocloud SDWAN. This is the primary
problem that is driving up the help desk tickets and putting jobs at risk
Not able to manage the influx of help desk tickets, mostly due
to the above.
Does not need to be SENIOR since dealing mostly with ticket
items
