Job description:
We are seeking a professional with advanced Cisco Voice skills. The ideal candidate should be adept at call tracing, creating Device Pools and Call Search Spaces, conducting voice packet captures for call troubleshooting, and resolving SIP connectivity issues. Additionally, experience with Microsoft Teams Direct Route (Teams calling) would be highly valuable, as these are areas where I require support.
Furthermore, the candidate must possess comprehensive knowledge of BGP, OSPF, SDWAN, WAN, and LAN technologies to ensure we have the appropriate level of support for our network infrastructure. A candidate with a CCNP R&S or CCNP Collaboration certification would likely be a good fit for this role"

Cisco, Mid-level Engineer
  • No project specific work, management of day to day
  • Best fit is a smaller environment hands on person with small shop mentality
  • Will be dealing w/ NA resources having network issues locally & need guidance, talking smart hands / people in steel mills
  • Will work with Sr. Level Engineer
  • MDF/IDF environment, but no large DC
  • All routers/switches/voice for all GLN
  • MS Teams Direct Routing

End of Feb - Server moves
SDWAN run thru Brazil so potential to work alongside Brazil
Moving MDF - giving half of 7th floor back; cable movement w/ GC & EC from building perspective there may need switch movement
