Job Summary:
MDAEdge is a company focused on providing network engineering support in a global enterprise environment. They are seeking a Tier 3 Network Engineer to provide support for network infrastructure, configuration, troubleshooting, and automation projects across various sites.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Provide Tier 3 support for complex network incidents and minimize downtime.
โ€ข Implement network configuration changes, including VLAN updates, switchport changes, and routing adjustments.
โ€ข Use network monitoring tools (Solarwinds, Cisco Catalyst Center) to resolve performance issues.
โ€ข Manage Palo Alto firewalls and security policies through Panorama.
โ€ข Maintain IP address and DNS records via BlueCat IPAM.
โ€ข Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure network performance for business applications.
โ€ข Work on projects within Agile methodology using JIRA.
โ€ข Maintain detailed documentation for network configurations and troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข 7+ years of experience as a Network Engineer in a large enterprise.

โ€ข Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
โ€ข Experience in Agile environments using JIRA.
โ€ข Strong problemโ€solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
