***POSITION IS 100% REMOTE*** Job Summary VSolvit LLC is seeking an experienced high volume Technical Recruiter with prior success recruiting for technical and federal government contracting (GovCon) roles to join our Talent Management Team. This role is responsible for full lifecycle recruiting of cleared and non-cleared technical professionals. The Technical Recruiter will partner closely with Hiring Managers and leadership team to source, screen, and deliver highly qualified candidates across cybersecurity, cloud, software development, GIS, data engineering, systems engineering, and related technical domains. The ideal candidate understands federal labor categories, security clearance requirements, technical skill stacks, and GovCon environments. This role requires strong sourcing capability, technical literacy, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment. As with any position, additional expectations exist. Some of these include, but are not limited to, adhering to normal working hours, meeting deadlines, following company policies as outlined by the Employee Handbook, communicating regularly with assigned supervisor(s), staying focused on the assigned tasks, and completing other tasks as assigned. Responsibilities * Source and identify qualified candidates across various roles by leveraging recruitment platforms such as Clearance Jobs, Monster, LinkedIn, and others
* Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role
* Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and timely process
* Compose and send recruitment correspondence, including emails and messages on professional networks and social media
* Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies
* Maintain accurate candidate records and track progress through the recruitment process using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
