What You Need to Succeed:

  • Pursuing a degree in a relevant discipline, e.g. Computer Science, Software Engineering.
  • Junior and Senior applicants preferred
  • Understanding of basic programming techniques
  • Resiliency and ability to adapt quickly.
  • An inquisitive nature that seeks to understand concepts and principles about software and the Allegion business practices
  • Effective listening, time management and creative problem-solving techniques

  • Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in Indiana or open to relocating to Indiana
