About the role

Network Engineer – Level III to support planning, implementation, and operation of enterprise network services in a secure, mission‑critical environment. This role ensures network systems are reliable, secure, and optimized to meet operational and business requirements while supporting infrastructure design and engineering efforts.

What you’ll do
  • Support the planning, implementation, and operation of network services and systems to ensure availability and performance
  • Analyze current and future network requirements and incorporate appropriate security measures into network designs
  • Apply knowledge of core networking concepts including TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, and DHCP
  • Ensure network designs align with organizational, operational, and security requirements
  • Lead network implementation projects and provide technical guidance to administrators and support staff
  • Assist with maintaining secure and reliable network operations across enterprise environments
  • Support troubleshooting and optimization of network performance to meet mission needs
Qualifications

Education/Experience:

  • Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in network engineering or related IT infrastructure roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Certifications:

  • Advanced Certification such as CompTIA CASP+, CCNP Enterprise, (ISC)² CISSP
Clearance
  • Active Tier 3 (T3) background investigation or ability to obtain and maintain
