  • Adjust work hours as needed to support mission requirements and remain responsive outside core hours.

Basic Qualifications

  • Ability to meet all security, intelligence oversight, and information-handling requirements.
  • Master's degree in business, program management, intelligence, national security, or related field (Bachelor's with additional experience considered).
  • 12+ years supporting DoD, IC, or national-security missions.
  • 5+ years leading intelligence, operations, program management, or mission-support teams.

  • Experience supporting staffing, training, deployment, risk, schedule, and performance management.
  • Strong working knowledge or training in AI-enabled analytics, generative AI, or digital modernization in classified environments.

Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP certification.
  • Experience supporting NGIC, INSCOM, DIA, Army G-2, or similar Defense Intelligence Enterprise organizations.
  • Experience supporting SIA 3 or comparable intelligence-analysis task orders.
  • Experience managing CONUS/OCONUS operations or deployed personnel.
  • Background in intelligence production, identity intelligence, S&TI, data science, or analytic-enabling functions.
  • Experience implementing secure AI-enabled workflow improvements or human-machine teaming.
  • Agile or related program-management certification.
  • Intelligence Fundamentals Professional Certification (IFPC).

This position is contingent upon contract award and requires full-time, on-site support at NGIC. Off-site work is subject to Government approval.
