  • Administer and optimize endpoint management platforms including Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, Autopilot, and Horizon

  • Bachelor's Degree and 4 years in desktop support installing, configuring, and managing Windows-based systems and related technologies 

  • Associate’s Degree and 7 years in desktop support installing, configuring, and managing Windows-based systems and related technologies 

  • High School Equivalency and 10 years in desktop support installing, configuring, and managing Windows-based systems and related technologies 

  • Advanced technical expertise in desktop engineering, endpoint management, and enterprise Windows environments 

  • Extensive experience administering Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM), Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager 

  • Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Group Policy, endpoint security, and enterprise desktop architecture 

  • Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation to improve operational efficiency 

  • Strong understanding of endpoint lifecycle management, software packaging, operating system deployment, and configuration management 

  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues using structured problem-solving methodologies 

  • Ability to mentor technical staff and influence technical decisions 

  • Flexible to work evenings and weekends as project and operational needs require
