  • Coordinate with telecommunications providers, internet service providers, and third-party vendors when needed.
  • Create and maintain network documentation, diagrams, inventory records, and operational procedures.
  • Assist with infrastructure upgrades, hardware refreshes, and technology implementations.
  • Collaborate with systems administrators, application teams, and technical support personnel to resolve infrastructure-related issues.
  • Participate in after-hours support as needed for scheduled maintenance or critical incidents.
Technical Environment
  • Palo Alto Firewalls
  • SolarWinds
  • Dell Servers
  • Mitel Telecommunications

    • VLANs
    • Routing and switching fundamentals
    • Wireless networking
    • Network security best practices
  • Experience troubleshooting network connectivity and performance issues.
  • Experience supporting enterprise firewall environments.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Palo Alto firewalls.
  • Experience using SolarWinds or similar network monitoring tools.
  • Experience working with Dell server environments.
  • Experience supporting PowerSchool or other ERP platforms.
  • Experience supporting Mitel telecommunications systems.

Desired Characteristics

  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Continuous learner who stays current with networking technologies and best practices.
