Technologically savvy with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and Desktop & VDI management working in support operations troubleshooting Network Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Wireless Devices, Load Balances and VPN

Experienced in Managing Arista, Cisco, Palo Alto, F5, AVI Vmware, Solarwinds, Algosec

Exceptional at multitasking, with proven problem-solving and crisis management skills

Proven track record of leading and developing teams effectively

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment

Past experience in working with a 24X7 service delivery

Service Management best practices (Incident, Change, Problem)

Manage Shift roaster

Manage SLA's and escalations

Great communication skills

Great reporting skills

Ability to work in shifts

Perform Event management, Incident Triage
