  • Support Sybase ASE 15.7 on Solaris/X86 (primary focus)
  • Assist with SQL Server environments (Windows Server & Azure)
  • Participate in Sybase-to-SQL Server migration project
  • Develop and manage CRON jobs in Unix
  • Support weekly data fixes and after-hours implementations
  • Collaborate on clustering and disaster recovery setups

Required Skills & Experience
  • 4-5+ years of experience with Sybase ASE 15.7 and SQL Server
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities
  • Unix/Solaris/Linux command line and scripting experience
  • Familiarity with formal change control processes
  • Experience with virtual environments and Azure cloud
