This is a paid internship, at competitive rates. The Memorial Day and 4th of July holidays are paid days off.

CNO Financial Group is hiring a Reporting Analyst Intern to work alongside our experienced Consumer Finance associates, assisting with professional day-to-day work within the department.

Core responsibilities and deliverables:

• Participate in requirements elicitation meetings.
• Document the requirements using different techniques.
• Collaborate with business and development teams.
• Triage testing defects as related to requirements.
• Participate in and contribute to project status meetings.

What you need (Minimum requirements):

• Progress towards a bachelor's degree in business or related discipline.
• Status as a rising junior or rising senior, approx. graduation dates of December 2027-June 2029.
• Availability to work 40 hrs/week for 10-12 weeks during the summer.
• Candidate location in Central or Eastern US time zone is preferred OR willingness to work Central or Eastern time zone business hours.
• Foundational analytical, critical-thinking, and reasoning skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good interpersonal, consultative skills and facilitation skills.
• Self-motivated, organized and effective time management skills.

• Prior internship experience.
• Balancing education and a part time job during the school year.
• Participation with university clubs.

The CNO 2027 internship program will run May 17 through August 06, 2027.

This position may work fully remote from any US-based location, provided they are able to work Central or Eastern Time hours. All work must be performed within the United States, and occasional travel to corporate offices may be required. Associates living within 60 miles of a corporate office (Carmel, IN; or Chicago, IL) have access to work from that location as needed.
