Job description

Join our dynamic team as a SkillBridge Intern, tailored for transitioning service members with a background and interest in the Information Technology field (i.e. IT Support Specialist, Systems Administrator, Network Administrator). This unique internship program offers an invaluable opportunity to apply your military skills and leadership in a civilian work environment, where you'll gain hands-on experience and contribute to vital business initiatives via onsite on-the-job training as an IT Support Specialist/Junior Systems Administrator.


The IT Support Specialist / Junior Systems Administrator supports day-to-day technology operations within a Managed Services and Security Provider (MSSP) environment. The individual works alongside experienced technicians and systems administrators to provide technical support to multiple customer environments while developing practical skills in troubleshooting, systems administration, monitoring, cybersecurity, and customer service. Responsibilities include responding to and documenting service requests, troubleshooting workstation and application issues, remotely supporting endpoints, assisting with user and identity administration, monitoring system health, and escalating complex technical or security issues. The position also assists with proactive maintenance, patching, endpoint security, documentation, and basic infrastructure administration.
