Title: Senior ERP and NetSuite System Administrator
Employment Status: Full Time
Location: San Antonio, TX
Schedule: Hybrid, 4 days per week onsite with 1 remote day
Base Salary Range: $125,000 - $140,000
Position Overview
Seeking a Senior ERP and NetSuite System Administrator to own the administration, configuration, security, support, and continuous improvement of business systems across its application estate, including NetSuite and major ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle.
This role serves as the senior escalation point for complex configuration and support issues, governs changes through testing and release, maintains strong security/access controls, supports integrations and data governance, and partners across technical and business teams to deliver scalable system improvements.
Key Responsibilities
โ€ข Own ERP and NetSuite configuration across roles and permissions, forms, fields, workflows, custom records, approvals, and reporting structures.
โ€ข Serve as senior escalation point for complex support and configuration issues, identify root causes, document resolutions, and prevent recurrence.
โ€ข Own security and access controls, including role design, permissioning, periodic access reviews, and recertification cycles.
โ€ข Lead IT audit engagement for applicable controls, coordinate evidence, and maintain configuration/access documentation.
โ€ข Govern changes from intake through design, configuration, testing, and release to minimize disruption to business operations.
โ€ข Configure and operate prebuilt platform integrations while coordinating custom development needs with the Software team.
โ€ข Support data imports, cleanup, governance standards, accuracy, and integrity across systems.
โ€ข Partner with developers, technical specialists, and business stakeholders on design, testing, debugging, access, integrations, and process improvements.
โ€ข Mentor other system administrators and establish maintainable configuration standards and documentation.
Qualifications & Skills
โ€ข 5+ years of hands-on ERP and NetSuite System Administration, including configuration, security, and cross-functional support
โ€ข Bachelor's in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
โ€ข Deep knowledge of role and permission design, workflow and approval configuration, change management, access controls, and data integrity
โ€ข Demonstrated ability to map business processes to system functionality and recommend scalable improvements
โ€ข Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and data integrity
โ€ข Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams
โ€ข Ability to work onsite in San Antonio four days per week
Preferred Qualifications
โ€ข Depth administering one or more major enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, and NetSuite; experience across multiple platforms is a strong plus
โ€ข Familiarity with integration patterns such as REST, SOAP, or iPaaS
