Job Title: Senior Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the procure-to-pay process and ensuring accurate data entry. You will process invoices through Netsuite, handling approximately 175 invoices per week with precision.

Responsibilities

• Manage the procure-to-pay process.
• Perform accurate data entry for invoice processing.
• Process invoices using Netsuite software.
• Handle approximately 175 invoices weekly through manual processing.
• Utilize three-way matching for invoice verification.
• Collaborate with a small accounts payable team to ensure efficiency.

Essential Skills

• 2-4 years of accounts payable experience.
• Proficiency in invoice processing and data entry.
• Must have familiarity with Netsuite and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Excel pivot tables.
• Strong attention to detail.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with three-way matching and purchase order processing.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plano, TX 75024.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
