LUXURY PARTTIME RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE
We are currently seeking a polished, customerfocused Luxury Retail Sales Associate to join our Las Vegas team. This role blends the excitement of luxury retail with the unique dynamics of the pawn industry, offering the opportunity to work with fine jewelry, luxury watches, designer handbags, and collectible items, while also supporting lending transactions in a professional, hospitalitydriven environment.
Associates thrive in a fastpaced setting where exceptional service, product expertise, and relationshipbuilding are key to success. You will regularly engage with customers seeking highend merchandise and provide a tailored, elevated retail experience.
COMPENSATION $12.00 to $15.00 per hour This position offers an hourly wage plus an easily achievable commission structure that pays you for every transaction you process. Actual pay will vary based on location, experience, and qualifications.
Associates can earn UP TO 8% commission, averaging an additional $4.96 per hour on top of their hourly rate.

POSITION SUMMARY The Luxury Retail Sales Associate delivers a highend retail experience while supporting both retail and lending operations. This role requires strong product knowledge, elevated merchandising standards, and the ability to engage customers seeking premium merchandise across multiple categories.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Deliver a polished, hospitalitydriven customer experience.
  • Engage customers with product expertise and personalized recommendations.
  • Support sales of luxury items including fine jewelry, designer brands, and collectible merchandise.
  • Maintain elevated visual merchandising standards to showcase highvalue inventory.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to perform duties for extended periods (standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, lifting).
  • Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
  • May be asked to assist customers outside the building or retrieve products from exterior storage areas.
  • Minimum age: 18 years old.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong desire to serve customers and work in a teamoriented environment.
  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficient in basic math calculations.
  • Cashhandling experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in multiple locations as business needs dictate.
  • Must be able to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Computer literate; able to operate POS systems and common office machines.
