Job Description:
Responsibilities:
  • This position will manage the developers, providing day-to-day supervision of all technical resources and reporting in to the program's leadership and stakeholders.
  • Design the overall technical solution, including integration specifications.
  • Provide technical expertise, estimates, and recommendations to project management.
  • Oversee all .NET coding to meet business requirements
  • Participate in requirements discussions and meetings as necessary.
  • Conduct Unit Testing, support Quality Assurance, and coordinate defect remediation.
  • Ensure tech team deadlines are met and target dates are re-baselined as necessary.
  • Document technical risks and issues, and actively work to avoid/mitigate/resolve extent risks.

Mandatory Skills/Experience:
  • A minimum 3 years leading development projects.
  • A minimum 8 years of Microsoft .NET (or related MS technologies) development experience.
  • 8+ years C# programming language; also skilled in ASP.NET.
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Windows Operating System.
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS).
  • Solid experience with integrated development environments (i.e. Visual Studio, Eclipse IDE, Jetbrains IntelliJ).
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Customer Identity and Access Management platforms (i.e. Gigya, NetIQ, Janrain).
  • Strong knowledge of SAML and OAuth specifications.
  • Hands-on experience developing/configuring common Single Sign-On (SSO) workflows (i.e. Login/Logout, Change Password, Forgot Password).
  • Experience in Service Oriented Architecture and Web Service development.
  • Solid understanding of principles of SOAP and REST-based web services.
  • Experience with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.
  • Solid experience with JavaScript and associated frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of XML, XML Schema, XSD and XSLT/Path as well as JSON.
  • Solid experience with version control systems (i.e. TFS, Git, Subversion, CVS).
  • Experience with application build tools (i.e. Ant, Maven, Gradl).
  • Experience with testing tools and techniques such as JUnit/NUnit, Selenium.
  • Experience with Continuous Integration systems (i.e. Jetbrains TeamCity, Jenkins, TravisCI).
  • Experience working with multiple teams in disparate locations.
  • Experience working with 3rd-party software vendors.
  • Experience working with business owners/stakeholders
  • Must be able to provide documentation on their work.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Visio.
