Location: Motel 6 / Studio 6 – Columbus Airport, GA
Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Weekends Required)
Pay: $10.75/hr
The Role:
We are seeking a vigilant, independent, and hardworking Night Auditor for our newly renovated, dual-branded hotel (105 Rooms). You are the "Guardian of the Hotel" overnight.
Real Talk: This is not a sitting job where you watch Netflix. This is an active role. You are responsible for the safety of our guests, the accuracy of our revenue, and the productivity of our laundry operations. You will be working solo and must be comfortable handling situations without immediate supervision.
Core Responsibilities:

  • The "4-Cycle" Laundry Rule: You are required to wash, dry, and fold a minimum of 4 full cycles of linens per shift. This is a non-negotiable KPI.
  • The Financial Audit: Run the Night Audit reports in the PMS.
  • Security & Safety: Monitor security cameras actively. Enforce strict "Quiet Hours." You are the "Guardian of the Hotel."
  • Front Desk Operations: Handle late-night walk-ins and guest emergencies. Note: We operate a "No Cash Drawer" front desk for your safety; you will follow strict "Immediate Drop" procedures for any cash collected.
  • Lobby Reset: Sweep, mop, and sanitize the lobby... (Same as above)
The "Non-Negotiables" (Requirements):

  • Reliability: You are the only person on shift. If you call out, the hotel shuts down. We require 100% attendance reliability.
  • Street Smarts: You must possess the confidence to work alone at night and handle difficult people with professionalism and firmness.
  • Tech Savvy: Must be comfortable learning Hotel Software. If you can use a smartphone and a PC, we can train you on the rest.
  • Stamina: Must be able to stay awake and alert for the full 8 hours and lift up to 30 lbs (laundry bags).
Why Work Here?

  • Pride in Workplace: We are a fully renovated, 4.0-star rated property. You will be working in a clean, safe, and modern environment.
  • Stable Schedule: We provide consistent hours.
  • Respect: We are a professional management team that values employees who do their job well.
  • Perks: Employee discounts on rooms.
To Apply: Please reply with your resume. In your message, please confirm you are available to work weekends and understand the laundry requirements. Offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and drug screen, in accordance with local laws.
