THE ROLE

The Warehouse Administrator is responsible for a wide variety of clerical duties in support of company administration and customer service functions. This includes coordinating and communicating office activities, greeting visitors, answering and referring inbound telephone calls, administering company correspondence, scheduling appointments, booking orders and addressing customer concerns.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responds to e-mails and addresses in-person inquiries from clients, business partners, and other parties, referring all inquiries to the appropriate individuals, or departments across the organization
  • Assists in the compilation of data for various reports and creates forms, letters, reports, and memos as necessary.
  • Manages office supply inventory and requests orders through main office.
  • Assists with preparing or receiving customer outbound packages, courier services, and other correspondence.
  • Files all inbound, outbound paperwork and other documentation as needed.
  • Retrieve and issue the (WO) from the Provision warehouse management system (WMS) based on entries made by CSRs into the system. Prepare the WO for the warehouse team to pick for customers based on timelines.
  • Issue and prepare work orders for the warehouse team to execute order picking and fulfillment
  • Organize workflow to ensure timely product preparation and dispatch
  • Act as a liaison between drivers, customer service representatives, and warehouse supervisors
  • Manage incoming drivers by collecting required paperwork, assigning docks, and preparing loading plans as needed
  • Work from the back office area within the warehouse- will need safety shoes



REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-2 years of office administration experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Must be proficient in both written and spoken English.
  • Proven ability to work as a team or individually
  • Prior experience with Provision WMS or similar systems preferred
  • Strong time management and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, high-paced environment
  • Not afraid to take initiative or ask questions
  • Must wear CSA-approved safety footwear
  • Casual dress code
