ย  3+ years experience supporting both SAN and NAS technologies

2+ years experience with IBM N-Series or Netapp Storage. (Data Ontap 8.x in 7-mode)

3+ years experience with SAN switch technologies, Brocade or IBM technologies preferred

3+ years experience supporting both Windows and Linux host systems

3+ years experience of various storage related protocols (Fibre Channel, iSCSI, CIFS, NFS)

A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science or a related field
