Job description

Direct-hire and permanent NETA level 3 position for a certified testing and inspection professional with an electrical power system maintenance, repair, and testing. We are expanding and looking for a skilled NETA Field Service Technician to help us continue delivering high-quality service. **Key Qualifications:**
- Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Preferred: Associateโ€™s degree in Electrical Power & Controls or Bachelor's in EE, with military experience also considered.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in switchgear testing & troubleshooting.
- NETA Certification (Level III or IV) or Electrician license is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Excel, email, internet, and PowerDB is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of low, medium, and high voltage systems (480V to 600kV).
- Ability to travel to local/regional customer sites and available for periodic overnight travel.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including occasions of nights and weekends.
Qualified candidates should be ready to take a pre-employment drug test, pass a criminal background check, and have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Flexibility for international travel and possession of a U.S. passport and TWIC card are a plus.
