Job description

Position Title: Commissioning Specialist - Electrical - 24487
Location: Arlington, VA
Clearance Requirements: None
Pay Rate: $65.00/hour
Position Description:
Join our team as a Commissioning Specialist focused on Electrical systems, where you'll lead and execute comprehensive commissioning activities to ensure electrical and facility systems operate safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications. Engage in testing (QA/QC, Functional Performance), equipment and systems start-up, and support retro-commissioning and re-commissioning projects. Collaborate directly with clients, stakeholders, and contractors to optimize operational performance and stakeholder satisfaction. This role offers a dynamic environment to apply your expertise in mission-critical infrastructure and building systems, contributing to impactful projects across the United States.
Top Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in commissioning activities including utility infrastructure, life safety, electrical power systems, low voltage systems, building/facility systems, and O&M; mission-critical experience is a plus
  • Working knowledge of NFPA, NETA, NICET electrical testing standards, and code requirements
