Job description

Our client, a highly successful, nationally recognized Wealth Management Team, is seeking to add a Senior Wealth Management Client Associate to join their practice in the Greater Phoenix area.
This individual will play a key client-facing advisory role, working directly with high-net-worth clients while supporting senior advisors in the delivery and execution of comprehensive financial plans.
This is not a traditional "book of business" Financial Advisor role. Instead, this position is ideal for someone who excels in client relationships, financial planning, and portfolio execution, and prefers to operate within a team-based, collaborative environment while working with one of Arizona's Top-Performing Wealth Management teams!
Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients alongside senior advisors
  • Lead and participate in client meetings, including independently managing relationships over time
  • Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive financial plans
  • Support portfolio management and investment strategy discussions
  • Collaborate with internal team members across advisory and operations functions
  • Help maintain and grow existing client relationships through a high-touch service model
Qualifications:
  • 3 - 7+ years of experience in wealth management or financial advisory
  • Experience working with high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients
  • Proven ability to operate in a client-facing advisory capacity
  • Background supporting a team at firms such as Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, UBS, or similar preferred
  • Highly professional, polished, and confident in front of clients
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Team-oriented mindset with a desire to support and scale an existing book of business
Requirements:
  • CFP® required
  • CIMA®, CFA®, or similar advanced designation strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
Compensation & Benefits:
  • $100,000 - $350,000 annual salary (depending on experience) plus lucrative Bonus and both Short-Term and Long-Term Incentive Plans
  • Flexible structure including base salary + performance-based incentives
  • Very competitive comprehensive benefits package including: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance
  • Generous Employer 401(k) matching plan
  • Lucrative PTO package
  • Uncapped growth opportunity
  • Employer covers 100% of the cost for continuing education and licensing for approved courses
  • Total compensation has strong upside for high-caliber candidates
Additional Notes
  • This role does not require an existing book of business
  • Ideal for individuals who enjoy the advisory and client relationship side of wealth management without a primary focus on business development
  • Opportunity to be part of a high-performing, collaborative team with strong long-term growth potential
