\n The Senior Net Revenue Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and strategic insight of net revenue reporting within the organization. With a strong foundation in revenue accounting and reimbursement dynamics, this individual leads complex financial analysis, supports the monthly close process, and delivers actionable insights to drive operational and financial decision\-making. A deep understanding of net revenue cycles, payer structures, and system\-based data retrieval is essential. This role requires expertise in Crowe RCA (Kodiak) and a commitment to continuous professional development. The analyst serves as a mentor to junior staff, collaborates across departments, and contributes to key initiatives such as system implementations and reserve methodologies. The position is vital to maintaining compliance, enhancing financial transparency, and supporting the organization's mission of delivering compassionate, personalized care.

  • Lead and mentor junior analysts, serving as a subject matter expert and resource for net revenue processes.

  • Support the monthly financial close by ensuring data accuracy, preparing trend models, researching rate variances, and communicating findings.

  • Prepare journal entries and perform reconciliations related to net revenue.
    <\/li>\n
  • Analyze financial data to identify key trends and deliver insights that inform strategic management decisions.
    <\/li>\n
  • Contribute to the design and refinement of accounting reserve methodologies.
    <\/li>\n
  • Prepare financial schedules for external reporting, including audits and regulatory submissions.
    <\/li>\n
  • Evaluate relationships across the revenue cycle and reimbursement sources to assess their impact on net revenue performance.
    <\/li>\n
  • Develop and deliver Managed Care contract performance trending reports.
    <\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with cross\-functional teams, including finance executives and operational departments.
    <\/li>\n
  • Participate in net revenue software implementations and process improvement projects.
    <\/li>\n
  • Stay current on changes in government and commercial reimbursement policies and regulatory requirements.
    <\/li>\n
  • Actively engage in the Crowe RCA user community to share best practices and drive system optimization.
    <\/li>\n
  • Pursue ongoing professional development through mandatory education and skills certification.
    <\/li>\n
  • Demonstrate commitment to patient and colleague care by upholding Memorial Hermann's service standards-delivering safe, compassionate, and personalized experiences.

    Requirements<\/h3>\n

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics (advanced degree preferred).
      <\/li>\n
    • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification (preferred).
      <\/li>\n
    • Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive experience in net revenue analysis and revenue accounting.
      <\/li>\n
    • Proven expertise in analyzing and interpreting financial data to support decision\-making.
      <\/li>\n
    • In\-depth knowledge of commercial and government payer reimbursement structures.
      <\/li>\n
    • Hands\-on experience with data retrieval and analysis using systems such as Excel, Lawson, EPSI, and Crowe RCA.
      <\/li>\n
    • Strong analytical, communication, and problem\-solving skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
      <\/li>\n
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast\-paced environment.
      <\/li>\n
    • KODIAK (Crowe) experience required<\/b>-candidates without this experience will not be considered.
