  • Strategically penetrate multifamily operators that benefit from predictive lead intelligence, automated marketing, and renter-journey optimization.
  • Research, identify, and generate new opportunities weekly through outbound calls, emails, social selling, and market intelligence.
  • Methodically build and manage a highly accurate pipeline and sales forecast.
  • Follow up on implementations tied to new product sales to ensure a successful customer launch.

  • Sell using a value-based, consultative approach, articulating the ROI of predictive marketing technology and showing measurable revenue lift.
  • Deliver compelling G5 product demonstrations and web-based presentations in partnership with Sales Engineering.
  • Serve as a SME for RealPage's G5 Marketing Solutions, helping customers understand marketing attribution, lead conversion trends, automation capabilities, and digital performance metrics.
  • Navigate complex organizations, selling comfortably to VP and C-Suite executives, including Marketing, Operations, and Revenue leaders.

Performance Leadership
  • Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual quota.
  • Maintain high activity levels while remaining organized, adaptable, and coachable in a fast-moving environment.
  • Represent RealPage at industry events, association meetings, and trade shows (including evenings/weekends as required).

Qualifications
Experience & Track Record
  • Four-year business degree OR 5+ years of relevant sales experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of formal field or inside sales with consistent quota achievement.
  • Strongly preferred: Experience selling marketing technology, digital advertising solutions, lead-generation platforms, or SaaS products into the multifamily housing industry.
  • Proven success with value-based selling and building ROI-driven business cases for marketing or revenue-growth solutions.
  • Ability to identify, qualify, and prioritize multifamily prospects aligned to G5's ideal customer profile.

Sales & Product Skills

  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com or other CRM platforms.
  • Technically adept with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning marketing-technology concepts (attribution, conversion rates, lead scoring, predictive analytics).

Other Requirements
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and responsive with strong follow-through.
  • Ability to travel for field activities including overnight and weekend events (up to 40%).
