Are you a true sales hunter who understands the MSP space and thrives on hunting, building relationships, creating opportunities, and closing deals? Do you have experience selling Managed IT Solutions into the SMB market? If so, we want to meet you.
Integrated Technologies is seeking a driven, high-energy MSP IT Sales Executive to help expand our footprint across the Piedmont - Triad and surrounding NC markets. This role is focused on new business development, executive relationship building, and closing recurring managed service agreements including supportive ancillary services.
We are looking for someone who understands the MSP sales cycle, enjoys outbound prospecting, and can confidently position technology solutions as business-critical investments.
We help organizations secure, modernize, and scale their IT environments through managed services, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and full infrastructure support. We are a single-source technology partner with in-house expertise across networking, cloud, cybersecurity, and low-voltage systems - including structured network cabling, surveillance cameras, access control, enterprise-grade Wi-Fi, A/V and building connectivity solutions.
What You'll Do
New Business Development (Hunter Focus)
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Prospect through inbound leads, cold outreach, networking, referrals, business events
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, keeping a full funnel
  • Generate and close new business within the SMB market (20-200 employees)

Full Sales Cycle Ownership
  • Lead discovery meetings and business needs assessments
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers and technical teams to design solutions
  • Develop and deliver proposals, drive negotiations and close deals

Consultative & Value-Based Selling
  • Translate technical concepts into business value for executive decision makers
  • Position managed IT and cybersecurity services around
  • ROI and operational efficiency
  • Risk reduction and compliance
  • Business continuity and uptime
  • Digital transformation initiatives

Relationship Management
  • Build trusted relationships with C-level leaders
  • Navigate extended sales cycles ranging from 3-6 months
  • Position yourself as a strategic, trusted advisor, not just another vendor

Process Discipline & CRM Management
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in Salesforce CRM
  • Track outbound activities, meetings, and opportunities
