Job Description

The net.AMERICA Corporation is seeking an Intermediate SOA Developer to design and develop Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) solutions for the Disaster Assistance Improvement Program (DAIP) using technologies such as J2EE, Java frameworks, JavaScript framework, Web Services, database services, CSS on Java platform or other platforms

Qualifications

Responsibilities, but not limited to: 

Troubleshooting and Code Review for production issues

Perform unit testing on the code/configurations (10%)

Perform and participate in requirements working sessions and perform code/configuration reviews (10%)

Create technical documentation (e.g., build plans, release plans, release notes, etc.)(25%)

Participate in requirements definition and review (5%)

Develop code to implement new application architecture (50%)


Required Skills:

Java development (5-10 years)

SOA component development, Oracle SOA Suite, WebLogic, Microsoft Biztalk, (2-5 years)

J2EE (5-10 years)

XML including schema design 

Software Development Methodologies: CMMI, Waterfall, Agile (5-10 years)

SQL (1-5 years)

Oracle Web Services Manager (OWSM) and Oracle Business Activity Monitoring (BAM), Oracle Business Rules

Struts 1.x (1+ years)
