Qualifications:

Experience Option - .NET Six years or more of demonstrated experience using Microsoft Visual Studio to design and develop web applications using C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Entity Framework, and JavaScript. Two or more years of architectural design experience using the MVC design pattern with Microsoft technologies. Experience with application modernization and technology footprint reduction by combining legacy application functionality into new greenfield/modified applications. Experience with mobile development, test driven development, architectural design documentation, agile development practices and reporting tools Crystal Reports or Business Objects is a plus. 

Three years or more of demonstrated experience using Microsoft SQL Server. Experience with Oracle or with analyzing/resolving database related performance issues is a plus. Experience with Geographic Information Systems including any of the following is a plus: ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Server, ArcSDE, ArcGIS API for Javascript, ArcPy, Geoprocessing, ArcObjects, ArcEngine. 

Qualifications

Responsibilities: 

Evaluate user requests or design specifications for new or modified application functionality and estimate efforts required. Analyze, design, code, test, document, implement and maintain application changes. 

Provide technical support to system owners as well as other information technology groups to help ensure effectiveness of information technology systems in enabling client's customers to conduct day-to-day businesses. The support includes, but is not limited to, answering customer questions, interpreting system functionalities, completing data requests, making emergency fixes and performing other critical support functions. 

Collaborate with end users to analyze and develop business requirements for business application enhancements and problem resolutions. 

Provide guidance and direction to team members as necessary in the completion of assigned projects.
