This position is contingent upon award.
Required clearance: TS/SCI with willingness to take CI poly. Candidates with current CI poly taken within the past seven years will be prioritized.
Required experience: At least 11 years
Required education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field and 11+ years relevant experience with cloud and net-centric software development
Description
Nalley Consulting has an opportunity for an experienced Software Developer to support on-going research and development efforts for functional characterization of WMD facilities and their associated design.
Requirements:
  • 11+ years of experience with cloud and net centric software development
  • Demonstrate experience providing scientific computing development support using languages such as Python, Java, Angular JS, etc.
  • Demonstrated experience working with container technology (docker / Kubernetes) and working in Agile environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within or lead a team of peers, as well as excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Ability to communicate highly technical analyses at a level comprehensible to laymen and senior-level government representatives
  • Ability to clearly express in writing technical analysis results

Other desired skills:
  • Demonstrated ability writing ICD 203 and ICD 206-compliant finished intelligence production
  • 10+ years of experience in solving DoD data science problems
  • An active CI polygraph
