Join a mission-critical Air Force program modernizing Command and Control Information
Environment (C2IE) systems. This role offers long-term stability, meaningful impact, and the
opportunity to work on classified systems that directly support national defense operations—while
maintaining a hybrid work schedule. Role Overview
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with a strong front-end focus to design and build
intuitive, high-performance user interfaces for complex Air Force mission systems. You’ll work
directly with engineers, PMO leadership, and government stakeholders to translate operational
requirements into usable, efficient, and secure applications.
This position emphasizes front-end architecture and UI design, while still engaging across the full
stack to ensure seamless backend integration. What You’ll Do
● Design, develop, and enhance user-facing web applications in a classified environment
● Lead front-end design and development efforts, focusing on usability and operator
efficiency
● Create and maintain:
○ Technical design documents
○ UI/UX mockups and wireframes
○ Design diagrams and stakeholder-ready documentation
● Plan and implement updates to Graphical User Interfaces (GUIs)
● Build and optimize modular, reusable UI components
● Improve application navigation, workflow efficiency, and overall user experience
● Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and services
● Participate in agile ceremonies, technical reviews, and mission planning discussions Required Technical Skills
