Newton, MS
Onsite - Night Shift (Sunday - Thursday, 9 pm - 5 am)

$3.50/Hr. Night Shift Premium.

What you'll do
⦿ Reading electrical schematics, troubleshooting motor starter controls, power circuits, and programming and troubleshooting variable frequency drives.
⦿ Calibrating level sensors, temperature controllers, pressure transmitters, and speed sensors.
⦿ Troubleshooting and performing basic changes to PLC systems and logic, input and output controls, and safety circuits.
⦿ Communicating with manufacturers and/or distribution reps when troubleshooting problems.
⦿ Supporting Maintenance personal as needed to troubleshoot controls related issues.
⦿ Working overtime and weekends as dictated by Production needs and/or repair needs that require downtime.

What you'll bring
Must-haves:
⦿ Certificate or Associate's degree in Industrial Controls or related field
⦿ PLC programming experience, with a focus on Allen-Bradley or Siemens
⦿ Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
⦿ Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
⦿ Experience reading and interpreting electrical schematics, power circuits, and motor starter controls
Nice-to-haves:
⦿ 2+ years of Industrial Controls experience
