About the Role
#J-18808-LjbffrNetchex is looking for a Strategic Account Executive to drive new business within the Manufacturing vertical. You'll own a territory of prospective accounts with 100+ employees, focusing on net-new logo acquisition. This is a hunter role for someone who thrives on building pipeline, running a consultative sales process, and closing complex deals with multi-stakeholder buying committees.
What You Will Do-
Prospect and generate net-new pipeline within the Manufacturing vertical, targeting organizations with 100+ employees

Manage a full-cycle sales process from initial outreach through close, including discovery, demo, proposal, and negotiation

Build relationships with key stakeholders (HR, Finance, Operations, and executive leadership) to understand payroll, HR, time & attendance, and benefits pain points specific to manufacturing environments (shift-based workforces, multi-location plants, union/non-union considerations)

Partner with Sales Engineering, Marketing and other teammates to build compelling, tailored proposals

Travel occasionally for client visits and industry conferences to build relationships and represent Netchex

Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and activity tracking in CRM

Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual new logo revenue targets

3+ years of experience in a full-cycle, net-new B2B sales role, ideally in SaaS. Nice to have is manufacturing experiences

Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
