Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior .NET Full Stack Developer with 11+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade web applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across the full Microsoft technology stack along with modern front-end frameworks, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices, and will be comfortable leading technical design discussions and mentoring junior developers.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using .NET Core/.NET Framework and modern JavaScript frameworks
  • Architect end-to-end solutions including database design, API development, and front-end integration
  • Lead technical design reviews, code reviews, and enforce coding best practices/standards
  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
  • Mentor junior and mid-level developers; provide technical leadership within Agile/Scrum teams
  • Participate in CI/CD pipeline design and cloud deployment strategies
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis
  • Ensure adherence to SDLC, unit testing, and documentation standards

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 11+ years of overall software development experience, with strong focus on .NET technologies
  • Strong hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, Web API
  • Front-end expertise in Angular (8+) / React.js, along with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Strong experience with SQL Server (stored procedures, query optimization, database design); exposure to NoSQL (MongoDB/Cosmos DB) a plus
  • Experience with Entity Framework / EF Core
  • Solid understanding of Microservices Architecture and RESTful/SOAP Web Services
  • Cloud experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, Azure DevOps, Service Bus) or AWS
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI)
  • Strong knowledge of design patterns, OOP principles, and SOLID principles
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git/TFS)
  • Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
