Job description

Immediate need for a talented Senior .Net Developer. This is a 06+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $60/hr - $65/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building new market data feeds and maintaining automated release procedures.
  • Proficient in database design supporting complex SQL data retrieval and data management techniques.
  • Developing cutting-edge processes and workflows for data automation including calculations.
  • Support initially maintaining existing legacy workflows using Excel VBA, VB and C#.NET
  • Establish a plan to adopt industry standard data processing pipelines that supports all the business requirements while adhering to the firm s security standards.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Key skills; Spring, Angular, Microservices
  • Experienced C#.net developer familiar with agile development methodologies and tools for requirements gathering and code management.
  • Excel, VBA, VB and C#.Net, Visual Studio
  • Microsoft SQL
  • Knowledge of SFTP, FTP
  • Handling of heavy datasets
