Job description

Job Context We don't need order-takers. We are looking for the best of the best sales executives. If your idea of a great day is finding a new business, diagnosing their pain, and closing them — read on.

The Mission

As an Account Executive – NCA, you own the front door. Your job is simple and relentless: find businesses that are struggling with operational inefficiency, show them what Simpro Group can do to their bottom line, and close them. You won't be handed a book of accounts — you'll build one. Every new logo you land is a direct result of your hustle, your instinct, and your ability to earn trust fast and turn it into a signature. This is a full-cycle, net-new hunting role. No farming. No order-taking. Pure acquisition.

What You’ll Do
  • Own a defined territory and ICP — research, target, and relentlessly pursue net-new logos
  • Prospect through every channel available: cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, partner referrals, networking events, and industry conferences
  • Build and maintain a robust self-sourced pipeline that is always at least 3x your quota
  • Run the full sales cycle from first contact to signed contract — discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, close
  • Sell on Value: Diagnose each prospect's operational challenges and connect Simpro Group's platform to their specific pain — margin pressure, job costing inefficiency, scheduling chaos, cash flow gaps
  • Deliver compelling, customized product demonstrations that translate features into business outcomes
  • Navigate complex buying committees — comfortable getting to the economic buyer and keeping them engaged
  • Handle objections with confidence and curiosity, not defensiveness
  • Operate with Discipline: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records — pipeline, activities, forecasts, and deal stages
  • Meet weekly activity KPIs: calls, demos booked, proposals sent, and deals advanced
  • Provide regular, honest forecasting to leadership — no surprises
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Implementation, and Account Management to ensure a smooth hand-off post-close
What You’ll Bring
  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS or field service industry sales experience with a verifiable track record of quota attainment
  • Success in selling to the trades industries is highly advantageous
  • Proven hunter — you've consistently opened new logos, not just expanded existing accounts
  • Experience in full cycle selling, prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, and close
  • Strong command of Salesforce or equivalent CRM
  • Compelling communicator — you know how to tell a business story that makes a prospect lean forward
  • Relentlessly self-motivated; you don't wait for leads to come to you
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field is advantageous
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for client visits
Our Core Values
  • We Are One Team
  • We Are Customer Centric
  • We Are Growth Minded
  • We Are Accountable
  • We Celebrate Success
