Maintain and administer land records, lease inventories, ownership data, and contractual obligations for assigned assets.
Monitor lease maintenance requirements, rental obligations, development provisions, drilling commitments, and expiration dates to ensure land rights are preserved.
Generate land reports and analyses for management, operations, business development, and joint venture partners.
The Land Analyst position provides analytical and administrative support for both onshore and offshore assets and plays a key role in maintaining leasehold interests, monitoring obligations, advancing development activities, and facilitating communication between internal stakeholders and external parties.
Activities:The Land Analyst supports the administration, maintenance, reporting, and protection of the Company's land assets and contractual rights. Working closely with Land, Operations, Subsurface, Finance, Business Development, Legal, and joint venture partners, the individual will ensure accurate record keeping, lease maintenance, compliance monitoring, ownership reporting, and fulfillment of contractual obligations.
