Project Manager (Commercial) – Los Angeles, CA

Elite Executive Solutions is partnering with a well-established electrical contractor to identify an experienced Project Manager to lead complex commercial electrical construction projects throughout the Greater Los Angeles market.

This opportunity is ideal for a proven construction leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building client relationships, and has a successful track record delivering large commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Senior Project Managers and Project Executives with the right experience are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of commercial electrical construction projects from award through closeout.
  • Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
  • Oversee contracts, RFIs, submittals, procurement, change orders, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate with Superintendents, field leadership, subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and owners.
  • Monitor project financial performance to ensure profitability.
  • Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions.
  • Maintain strong client relationships while ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Mentor Assistant Project Managers and developing project professionals.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
  • Experience managing medium to large commercial electrical construction projects.
  • Healthcare, institutional, higher education, or large commercial project experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, contracts, and project controls.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
