- Reviews customer requirements using customer supplier resources, such as purchase orders, drawings, specifications, and tooling.
- Identifies manufacturing and quality processes necessary to fulfill customer requirements.
- Reviews ECO's and planning in order to produce a product to customer requirements.
- Participates in the improvement process by documenting process changes in the planning, known as Planning Change Request.
- Audits planning and approves internally created sketches on a regular basis.
- Develops FAI templates within Net Inspect during planning review within the ECO process. Bubbles engineering for all FAI's with use of Discus Software and/or InspectionXpert.Ballooning Software

- Thorough product and process knowledge
- Must understand quality as it relates to total customer service philosophy
- Must have thorough knowledge of company policies and procedures
- Experienced in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, MRP systems, Net-Inspect, and Discus
- Must be familiar with industry engineering and specifications
