JOB TITLE: Brand Marketing Specialist

REPORTS TO: Senior Manager, Brand Marketing
MAJOR PURPOSE:
The Brand Marketing Specialist is responsible for leading branding and culture efforts for the Net Conversion (agency) brand. This includes developing and executing strategies for brand communications and creative branding initiatives, as well as upholding the culture and values of Net Conversion, which is one of our most important pillars at the agency. This role involves promoting the Net Conversion brand, communication, culture, and values through social media, PR, and on-and-off-site events to drive growth, engagement, and traffic to our website.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Lead Agency Market Research & Industry Trends
- Trend Analysis: Gather and analyze market research, competitor strategies, and emerging industry trends to keep Net Conversion at the forefront of the marketing and analytics space.
- Strategic Assistance: Assist leadership with requesting, compiling, and synthesized strategy trends to support overall agency growth initiatives.
- Data Synthesis: Translate complex data and market insights into actionable insights for the internal marketing team.
2. Assist in Branding Efforts (Brand Voice, POVs & Content Creation), PR & Social Media Integration
- Agency POVs: Establish and maintain a distinct, authoritative agency brand voice and draft compelling Point of View (POV) content on industry shifts.
- Thought Leadership Content: Research, write, and assist with the creation of high-impact content, including market research white papers, blogs, and industry insights.
- Case Studies & Awards: Direct the development of client case studies and draft compelling award submissions to showcase agency success.
- Branding Content: Produce additional branding collateral, media relations content, executive bios, and press releases as needed.
- Omnichannel Branding: Incorporate research-backed insights and POVs into overall branding efforts across PR channels, the monthly newsletter, and netconversion.com website management.
Requirements:
CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:
- Our ideal candidate must be a team player, well-organized, creative, and highly motivated
- Experience or strong knowledge in market research methodologies and brand strategy
- Experience with creative writing with the ability to turn research into engaging narrative stories and thought leadership content
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A critical eye for detail, design layout, and aesthetics to ensure high-quality content production
- Leadership skills and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work well independently as well as in a team
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- 1-2 years of directly related experience in branding, marketing, or market research
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration, or a relevant field preferred

- Periods sitting at a desk and monitoring computer (we have ergonomic sit stand desks).
