Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing you to create a workspace that suits your needs while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. You will be part of a dedicated team that communicates regularly through digital platforms to ensure collaborative care and support. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, promoting a stable schedule that fosters focus on client care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify client needs and tailor treatment approaches accordingly.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions that prioritize the client's unique experiences and emotional wellbeing.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Maintain up-to-date and organized electronic health records through our clinical management systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
• Uphold the highest standards for health and safety practices to foster a supportive environment for both clients and colleagues.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Cozy Nest Wellness Center, we serve a diverse range of clients who may be facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. This role is crucial in ensuring that every client receives empathetic, individualized care tailored to their specific circumstances.

Qualifications

• A minimum of three years of experience in outpatient mental health counseling settings.
• A Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling from an accredited institution is required.
• Current State Licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or equivalent credential.
• Strong understanding of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing processes, and mental health documentation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to establish rapport with clients.
• A deep capacity for empathy, with the ability to understand and relate to clients’ experiences and feelings.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of three years in an outpatient setting is required, additional experience with specific populations or modalities (such as trauma-informed care) will be considered advantageous. Familiarity with digital counseling tools and electronic record systems is a plus, as it enhances our ability to provide seamless care.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
