  • Provide technical expertise and assist with mentoring junior NEPA staff
  • Coordinate with specialists outside of our area to complete tasks when needed
  • Ensure that project tasks are completed within established deadlines, budgets, and scope-of-work (Develop ETCs, communicate with PMs, and maintain records for scope creep)
  • Stay current on evolving technical guidance from agencies and maintain successful client evaluation scores

  • Bachelor's degree in Planning, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a NEPA Analyst supporting transportation infrastructure projects.
  • Strong working knowledge of NEPA and applicable environmental regulations, including Section 4(f), Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act, Section 404 of the Clean Water Act, the Endangered Species Act, and regulations governing the completion of air and noise studies for infrastructure project. and related regulations.
  • Ability to effectively navigate project scopes, schedules, and budgets
