Fulltime Nurse Practitioner โ€“ Neonatology

Location: Grand Rapids & Muskegon, Michigan

Overview

Seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to provide specialized care for neonates across Level III and Level II NICUs. This role involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, participation in teaching, and engagement in quality initiatives to enhance neonatal outcomes.

Practice Highlights
  • 15-bed Level III NICU in Grand Rapids

  • 8-bed Level II Special Care Nursery in Muskegon

  • Direct and indirect neonatal patient care

  • Collaborative work with physicians, nurses, and therapists

  • Epic EMR documentation

  • Opportunities for teaching, mentoring, and research involvement

  • Participation in community neonatal health programs

  • Flexible scheduling with no call requirements

Candidate Requirements
  • Board Certified in Neonatal NP (by start date) โ€“ REQUIRED

  • Active Michigan License & DEA โ€“ REQUIRED

  • ACLS & BLS โ€“ REQUIRED

  • Relevant neonatal/clinical experience โ€“ Highly Preferred

  • Fellowship in specialty โ€“ REQUIRED

  • Must maintain up-to-date licensure and certifications
